I enjoy writing, cooking, showing and judging cars, and making something out of nothing.

I have a broad spectrum of interests which has led me to write books in several different genres; non-fiction, women's fiction/rom-com, historical fiction, and poetry. Dating back to the early '80s, before self-publishing was a thing, and as recently as 2018, all of my books were done 'the hard way'. Basically, what it boiled down to was a strong and unfailing desire to write. Something deep inside of me craved seeing what I'd written in print.
Now that I've retired from my primary business I am focusing my energy on the pursuit of learning more about becoming a better writer. Admittedly, at times I reside in the all-to-familiar camp of self-doubt. That said, I know I want all of my future books to be edited and published by professionals. IThe good news is, I have many more books, articles, and short stories working their way to the surface.
